Like any finish, it lasts longest with a little care: put on perfume and lotion first, jewellery last, rinse it in fresh water after the sea, and store it dry in its pouch. Take it off for harsh cleaners.

Yes. Every piece comes with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from delivery. If something is not right, contact us and we will help.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes. It is waterproof, tarnish resistant and hypoallergenic, made for everyday wear. A quick rinse, a pat dry and its velvet pouch keep it at its best.

Can I send a necklace as a gift?

Yes. Choose a piece on our Gifts page, add your message, and enter their address at checkout — we’ll box it, copy your message by hand onto our card, and ship it straight to them.

Where do you ship?

We ship within Canada, except Quebec for now. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and every order within 48 hours on business days. Standard shipping is free from $55; other shipping costs are shown at checkout.
