Good to know

Can I ship the gift directly to someone else?

Yes. At checkout, enter their name and address as the shipping address. The receipt stays with you, never in the box.

Can I buy several gifts, or a gift and something for me, in one order?

Yes, if they all go to the same address. Each gift is sealed in its own box with its own card, your own pieces are packed separately in the same parcel, and shipping is worked out on the whole order (free from $55). If a gift goes to a different address, place it as its own order: in your bag, tap Check out this gift on its own and the rest waits in Saved for later.

Who writes the card?

We write every message by hand on our bi-fold card, word for word. If you leave the message blank, we’ll write a short, warm one for you.

How much does Build a Set save?

Build a Set takes $4 off every piece once your order has 2 or more pieces, applied automatically at checkout. The signature box and handwritten card are free on 2 or more pieces, and $4 on one piece.

When will it arrive?

We ship within Canada, except Quebec for now. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and every order within 48 hours on business days. After dispatch, most parcels arrive in 2–5 business days (2–3 to cities in Ontario). Standard shipping is free from $55; other shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. For holiday gifts, please order early.

What if it’s not quite right?

They can return it for store credit within 30 days of delivery. They just write to us at support@petalsandkarat.com with the order number from the packing slip. We never tell you.

What if I don’t know their ring size?

No size needed. Every ring is adjustable: it opens gently to fit.
